Sr. QE Apttus Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer I - Apttus, you will play a key role in defining, developing, refining, executing quality standards and design controls to successfully deliver business critical SFDC/Apttus solutions as well as an integration of these systems with partners.
You will be a part of the Apttus team supporting our Contract Lifecycle Management and Contract Pricing Module running on from conception to going live with an emphasis on software quality for an exceptional customer experience.
You will be responsible for partnering with the Contract Lifecycle Management Product Owner, Development, System Analyst and other stakeholders in the continuous building, expansion, and customization of the CLM/CPM platforms within the GHI solution.

· Liaise with business partners to understand business processes and prioritize needs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into actionable and measurable tasks to ensure timely and effective testing for product releases.
· Work with business users and developers to define user stories, process flows, and data models.
· Develop a comprehensive set of test suites to test profile and role, validations rules, custom objects, reports, and dashboards in accordance with regulations, quality standards, and design controls.
· Possess an ability to articulate complex technical information/issues (e.g. architecture/design errors) to a team in a clear concise manner (written and verbal).
· Participate in Apttus based Pre-UAT and UAT activities and consult other participants on formal test processes and procedures.
· Promote and participate in Agile methodology and processes.
· Ensure sustainability and extensibility of test documentation for which you are responsible.
· Identify areas for process improvement and establish effective and efficient communication mechanism within the Project team.
· Report, track and escalate anomalies discovered during testing and ensure closure on the issues.
· Perform other duties as assigned.


· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related study or equivalent experience.
· 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance of Enterprise applications or 6+ years of experience, plus Advance Degree.
· 4+ years of experience in testing web-based enterprise application and technical/domain. expertise in large global implementations of including hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modules.
· 2+ years of hands-on Apttus testing experience, including configuration, X-Author, Price, Quote (CPQ).
· Experience with one or more programming and scripting languages such as Ruby, Python, Perl, Groovy, Java, JavaScript, etc. a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication as well as technical documentation skills to support auditing and compliance requirements.
· Ability to acknowledge and apply feedback in a professional manner.
· Prioritize and drive results with a high emphasis on quality.
· Experience in Cloud-based technologies or COTS solutions.
· Capability to resolve complex problems with minimum confusion, frustration, and inconveniences for all parties concerned.
· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

· Administrator and Developer Certification.
· Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management Administrator Certification.
· Experience with Marketing and Communities Cloud capabilities.
· Experience working with Legal / Contracts / Procurement applications.
· Experience with Salesforce technology stack and customization.

· Travel Requirements: No Travel.
· Will involve some early morning/late evening hours working with an off-shore team.
· Standing or sitting for long periods of time may be necessary.
· Some lifting (greater than 25 pounds) may be necessary.
